Black Swan – collage and paint on paper in a light coloured wooden frame. 400mm x 300mm
Black Swans are originally from Australia and were brought to the UK to be kept as captive ornamental birds.. but sometimes they escape… I made this piece in 2021 after seeing a pair on a lake in East Sussex – they are successfully breeding here now so hopefully we will see more of them.
