Description
This unusually named wading bird has very contrasting summer and winter plumage. Knot gather in huge numbers on coastal areas of the UK and are known for their spectacular murmurations.
This mixed media artwork was made from paper cut collage and paint applied to recycled wood and shows a Knot in it’s summer colours.
It is sealed with a coat of matt varnish and has a mirror clip on the back so that it can be hung on a wall or stand on a shelf.
